Dr. Rashid, Mohamed El Murtada & Co. is a partnership formed in July 2007 between H.E. Khalid Salem Al Saeedy, Dr. Rashid Hamad Al Balushi and Mohamed El Murtada Hamid Abdalla.

All partners in the Firm are highly qualified and can help international clients with strategic planning in all economic sectors in Oman, particularly banking, power, and oil & gas, real estate projects. They’re qualified and accredited to represent international clients before all Omani judicial and governmental bodies, including the High Court, Arbitration tribunals, and the Tender Board.
The Firm is headed by Managing Partner Mr. Mohamed El Murtada Hamid, a renowned lawyer who has been practicing in Oman since 1986 to this day.
Dr. Rashid Hamed Al Balushi (Partner), is a lecturer of criminal Law at School of Law, Sultan Qaboos University and a Faculty Dean Assistant for academic affairs.
Dr. Rashid worked as a public Prosecution Officer and legal advisor for the Royal Police of Oman (ROP).
