Chartered Quantity Surveyor (elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992 and a Fellow in 2013) with a vocational degree, a law degree and 30 years of post-graduation experience in the construction industry. In 2011, Graeme was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is an active member involved in organising Education and Training (Arbitration) for the UAE branch.
